Wesley joined FWC as a Project Manager/Superintendent in 2020 and was promoted to Vice President of Construction in December 2023. He has been working in the construction industry in West Michigan for almost 20 years. After attending Central Michigan University, he accepted an internship with a commercial contractor and discovered a love for the industry. Wesley works with our clients to ensure each project meets or exceeds their expectations. His attention to detail helps to drive projects to be completed on time and within budget.

Wesley and his wife Nicole have three children, Autumn, Declan and Rowan. They enjoy traveling, music, and the outdoors; his family keeps him very busy. When he does get free time, he enjoys hunting, gardening and just about any outdoor activity. He also always seems to have a project going on around the house.
